31 Don’t forget to stretch be- fore and after most physical activities to avoid a set-back! • Keep calm • Thorough administration of medicines • Scale down activities until the pain subsides • Deliberately decline unimportant tasks that others would like you to do until you feel better • Break up the tasks that you want to do into (even) smaller portions (see also toolkit 4) • Take sufficiently long breaks and periods of relaxation • …and don't be either too proud or too scared to ask others for help
